Responsibilities:
- Training our customers on the applications and functionality of the Roher Aesthetics Portfolio
- Development, improvements, and updated for products and clinical application resources used for customers employees
- CE oversight within region maintaining current best practices for clinical applications, resources and scheduling
- Providing after-sales support to existing customers
- Acting as a contact person for medical and application related inquiries
- Participating in and representing the company at Rohrer Aesthetics events
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to schedule and conduct pre structured training sessions for customers
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel with the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Clinical Education, Aesthetician or nursing backgrounds preferred
- At least two years of business, technical, or practical experience required.
- NetSuite or SalesForce Knowledge preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
- Accommodate work schedule for all time zones.
- Travel up to 5 days a week as customer demands are needed
