Program Overview

In celebration of Small Business Saturday and the spirit of community reinvestment, Rohrer Aesthetics is launching a limited-time promotional initiative during the month of November 2025. Three (3) eligible small aesthetic practices will receive a $5,000 award to support business growth and practice development.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for entry, participants must meet all of the following criteria:

• The entrant must be a U.S.-based aesthetics practice operating within the United States.
• The practice must have 10 or fewer team members across all locations (including part-time and contract staff).
• The practice must currently own at least one Rohrer Aesthetics device, purchased at any time prior to or during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per practice is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same practice or under alternate names will be disqualified.
• Rohrer Aesthetics employees, independent contractors, distributors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Process

Eligible practices can enter by completing the official registration form hosted on the Rohrer Aesthetics website or through their designated Rohrer Aesthetics Sales Representative.

• All fields on the entry form must be completed accurately and in full.
• Entries must include valid contact information and a brief statement describing how the award would be used to grow the practice.
• Incomplete or false submissions will not be considered.
• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on November 29, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

   

Selection and Notification

• Three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible entries based on the clarity, creativity, and impact potential of their growth statements.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone by a Rohrer Aesthetics representative during the week following Small Business Saturday.
• If a selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be chosen.
• Rohrer Aesthetics reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any funds.

Award Details

• Each selected winner will receive a $5,000 award payable directly to the winning practice.
• Awards are intended for business growth purposes such as marketing initiatives, staff training, or equipment expansion.
• Awards are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and cannot be exchanged for credit or applied to outstanding invoices.
• Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form prior to payment for tax reporting purposes.
• Rohrer Aesthetics has the right to utilize and distribute any content associated with the giveaway.
  
  

Use of Likeness and Content

This confirms you have the right to use the winner’s information and content. 

Consent for Digital Use: By accepting the award, the winner grants Rohrer Aesthetics permission to use their name, likeness, statements, and any submitted materials (text, photos, videos, etc.) for promotional advertising, and digital marketing purposes in any media, globally, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

General Terms and Disclaimers

• Participation in this Program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
• Rohrer Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or system failures.
• Decisions made by Rohrer Aesthetics regarding eligibility, selection, and award disbursement are final and binding.
• Rohrer Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• Awards may be subject to applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• This Program is void where prohibited by law.
