NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc. (“Rohrer”) is offering eligible participants a chance to win one (1) $100 Amazon gift card (the “Prize”) in connection with Empire Medical Training (the “Giveaway”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and all decisions of Rohrer, which are final and binding.

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Attend Empire Medical Training and complete the official Rohrer Aesthetics entry form during the event

Employees of Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at the start of the applicable Empire Medical Training event and ends at the conclusion of the event (the “Entry Period”).

 

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Rohrer Aesthetics form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Rohrer is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries.

 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form within a reasonable timeframe following the event.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, Rohrer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

 

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rohrer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason. Rohrer also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or engages in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Prize.

 

PRIVACY
Information collected will be used in accordance with Rohrer Aesthetics’ privacy practices. By entering, participants may receive communications from Rohrer but may opt out at any time.

 

GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Alabama.
