The Rohrer Aesthetics store is accessed exclusively through the Rohrer Aesthetics website — do not use the store’s built-in sign-up or login button to create an account. Instead, log in at rohreraesthetics.com and click the “Shop” button to be signed in automatically.

🏢 One Ordering Account Per Company

Each company has a single ordering account with Rohrer Aesthetics. All orders placed through the store are associated with your company’s main account. Store accounts are not self-registered — they are automatically created and assigned to the email address provided at the time of device purchase.

🔑 How to Sign In

You can sign in to the store using either of the following:

  • Your customer number — provided by your Rohrer Aesthetics representative (e.g. CUS12345)
  • Your main account email — the email address provided at the time of your device purchase

⚠ Do Not Change the Pre-Filled Email Address

When signing in through the Rohrer Aesthetics portal, your account email will be automatically populated in the sign-in field. Do not change or replace this email. Signing in with a different email address will prevent your orders from being linked to your account and may cause delays in processing and fulfillment.

📋 Sign-In Steps

  1. Log in to your Rohrer Aesthetics account at rohreraesthetics.com
  2. Click the “Shop” button in the navigation menu
  3. Your account email will be automatically populated in the sign-in field — do not change this email
  4. Click “Continue” to receive a verification code at your account email address
  5. Enter the verification code in the field provided and submit
  6. You will be taken directly to the store to place your order

🔄 Already Attempted to Sign In with a Different Email?

If you have already attempted to sign in using a different email address and are seeing this message, your browser may have cached that session. Please follow these steps before trying again:

  1. Open your browser settings
  2. Clear your browsing history, cookies, and cached data for the past hour
  3. Close and reopen your browser
  4. Return to rohreraesthetics.com and sign in again
  5. Click the “Shop” button and use the pre-filled email address

✉ Need to Update Your Account Email?

Store account email addresses cannot be changed from within the store. Your account is tied to the email provided at device purchase. If you need to update the email on file, please contact us directly and our team will make the change on your behalf.
