Role Description

Responsible for managing sales and customer relations within a specific geographic area. Drives revenue and growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies, meet targets and expand the market with the assigned territories and DSM markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, generating leads and setting appointments
  • Follow up on leads and inquires
  • Virtually promote and sell Rohrer Aesthetics’ advanced capital equipment solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets with your sales group
  • Support post-sales efforts to build on sales momentum and established relationships to execute upon repeat sales momentum
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • ·Coordinating deliveries and products to customers
  • ·Achieving and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers virtually
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work with district sales managers as support while also fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Experience in selling to medical professionals is a plus, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, and is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment, medical devices, or aesthetic treatments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel if needed to specific trade shows and events

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of business, technical, or practical experience required.
  • NetSuite or SalesForce Knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
  • Travel as required
