These Terms prevail over any terms or conditions in any other documentation issued or submitted by Customer and expressly limit and condition the sale of consumable products upon Customer’s acceptance of the terms of Order and the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms. By executing this Order, Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Customer has had an opportunity to carefully review this Order and the Terms, and agrees to be fully bound by all terms contained herein and in the Terms.
